企業の経営者は、「余剰人員」が出たからリストラをしなければ、グローバルな競争で生き残れないと言い訳します。しかし企業が必要だと判断した人員を採用したのであって、「余剰」にしたのは採用人数を見誤ったか、彼らを活かす事業戦略を立てられなかった経営側の責任
